Adopting an ecosystem approach, our education initiatives are designed to offer comprehensive support to the existing educational framework. With empowerment as a fundamental principle of work, Navneet Foundation focuses on nurturing and strengthening the community of educators.
Since 2016, the Foundation has conducted over 434 hands-on training workshops for teachers throughout Maharashtra, benefiting more than 30,000 educators. Additionally, Navneet Foundation facilitates specialised training sessions for secondary school teachers to enhance cognitive skills, aligning with the goals of NEP 2020.

Recognising the unparalleled role of teachers, we at Navneet started NavDisha to empower teachers.“NavDisha” is an initiative dedicated to advancing the skills and knowledge of educators. It is a comprehensiveplatform for professional development through on-field training workshops, interactive webinars, articles,blogs, government circulars, and knowledge-sharing sessions. It features a wealth of resources, including articles, blogs, book reviews, and academic essays, along with educational videos. Through these efforts, we have empowered over 10,000 educators with innovative teaching methods.
